GENERAL POLICIES

• weekly (Saturday - Saturday) rentals in July and August
• rates quoted in Canadian dollars
• rates subject to 13% HST
• no pets
• no smoking
• arrival time: after 3 pm
• departure time: by 11 am

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Because of our small size and being a destination location, cancellations affect us greatly. We ask that you be sure of your travel plans before booking.

A deposit of 50% holds your reservation. Refunds (minus a $10 cancellation fee) will be made only if cancellations are made 60 days in advance of arrival date.

For summer reservations, cancellation policy is advised at time of inquiry.

Guests should note the arrival and departure dates on their confirmation carefully, if a guest arrives after the date specified or departs before the final day of the reservation, or doesn't arrive, they are responsible for the total cost of the dates reserved.

Please understand, a deposit assures you that your accommodation will be available as confirmed, and insures us the accomodation is sold as confirmed. Therefore, when situations arise necessitating your cancellation, within the 60 day limit, we do sympathize, but we must maintain our business policy by retaining your deposit. Visa, Mastercard or cheque may be used for deposits.
